Today, thousands of children, and schools, are sadly going without the art & music supplies necessary to
provide arts education even once a week. Throughout the country, dedicated teachers are struggling to provide
creative programs during and after school, as they battle such constraints as lack of budgeting or funding,
transportation, and simple material resources. With your help, we can make a difference.
Please help us to provide the following:
Donate An Instrument
Used or new. Band instruments -- in particular, violins, trumpets, clarinets, cellos, guitars, and keyboards are
needed. The Dreaming Zebra Foundation also accepts instruments in need of gentle repair, and collaborates
with community sponsors and volunteers to bring them back to life in the hands of local students.
Your instrument donation is tax deductible and supports music education for youth in the community.
Donate Art Supplies
Anything that can be used creatively, whether used or new, from recycled items to
colored pencils, glitter, thread, clay, scotch tape etc. In particular:
*Journals and glue
*Markers and fabric markers
*Disposable cameras
*Paints and canvas
*Paper (especially watercolor and construction paper), paper plates, and pencils
*Glitter, glue, brushes, easels, charcoal pencils, watercolors, oil and chalk pastels, large erasers, etc.
*Kilns, wheels, and other pottery materials
*Toothpicks, foil baking cups,straws, string or yarn, pipe cleaners, star stickers, popsicle sticks
*Books or videos about music and art
